Honestly… this is such a personal preference. I for one, LOVE bridal hair accessories, but it does depend on your hair style, dress, jewelry and overall wedding theme. 

I think adding some hair jewelry could be a perfect touch to your bridal look. They can help  solidify your overall vibe; beachy, bohemian, romantic, vintage, rustic, etc. So it’s important to consider your personal style, chosen hairstyle, overall vibe and color palette when choosing an accessory.

Now, let’s talk about scenarios where bridal hair accessories may not be suitable. 

• if your dress is very busy with beads, jewels, beaded belts, etc.
• if your planning on wearing a statement necklace or larger statement earrings.
• if the hairstyle you decide on is overly textured with braids and curls or maybe you have a lot of dramatic highlights. 
• It’s just not your style.

These are all scenarios that have enough going on. Adding bridal hair accessories may create a very overwhelming/busy look when your beautiful hairstyle itself was all you needed.
